Questions
How much does it cost?
You pay the partner shop's rental price, and the deposit counts toward it. As a guide, a full adult set with snow wear at major resorts is usually about ¥9,500–¥19,500 per day, depending on resort and tier (see the table above). Your quote shows the exact price.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The refund rule for your deposit is written in your quote before you pay anything.
Do I need to bring anything?
Bring your passport or ID; shops ask for it at pick-up. Goggles, gloves and hats are not included at every shop, so check your quote.
Who runs this service?
Just Ski is run by Marshmallow Interactive Entertainment Co., Ltd., a company registered in Tokyo, Japan. Rentals are provided by local rental shops in each resort.
