Questions
How much does it cost?
Our help is free. You pay the rental shop's own price directly to the shop. As a guide, a full adult set with snow wear at major resorts is usually about ¥9,500–¥19,500 per day, depending on resort and tier. We send you the shop's price before you book.
Can I cancel?
Cancellations and refunds follow the rental shop's own policy, which we send you before you book. Our help is free and you can stop at any time.
Do I need to bring anything?
Bring your passport or ID; shops usually ask for it at pick-up. Goggles, gloves and hats are not included at every shop, so we tell you what each shop includes.
Who runs this service?
Just Ski is a free information and booking-help service run by a small team in Tokyo, Japan. Rentals are provided by independent local rental shops; we are not their agent. Operator details are provided on request (see Legal notice).
